Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Returns
   Returned items must:
   • Be unused
   • Be in their original sealed packaging
   • Include all original components and packaging
   • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

   Please include:
   • Your order number
   • The product you wish to return
   • The reason for the return
4. Refunds
   Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping
   Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
